We regret that we are unable to offer a refund for any equipment incompatibility (this includes TV SYSTEM and DVD REGION CODING) restocking fee A fee of not greater than 20% will be charged on any "unauthorised" returns. This fee is necessary in order for us to keep our costs and prices down. Most customers never return items. When items are returned in a lesser condition than when dispatched them we have to sell them as "Previewed" and often at below our original cost. If not paid by those who returned them, the additional costs would have to be "shared" by others, which we do not believe is fair. A restocking fee will normally be charged only on "NEW" items where the following rules apply: - goods have been viewed - goods are not returned in the original manufacturers packaging or sealed (where goods were supplied as such when shipped) - goods been defaced, marked or mutilated in some way. ALL "Previewed" items have been checked for playback quality prior to dispatch and are sold "as is". Any returned item which we believe is in a lesser condition than when we shipped it may be subjected to a restocking fee.
